1/2 peeled and pitted mango, chopped

4 ounces granola

1 ounce coconut, shredded

3 blackberries

3 strawberries

1 ounce blueberries

1/2 ounce almond butter

1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Place the ingredients for the breakfast bowl filling in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients in any order you wish

The wonderful taste of the acai berries and papaya make this one of my favourite breakfast bowls. The great thing about this recipe is no dish to clean up afterwards.

Preparation Time-10 minutes

Servings – 2

Ingredients

1 large seeded papaya, cut in half

1 ½ sliced bananas

8 ounces frozen acai pulp

3 ounces orange juice

4 ounces granola
